The bane of all frenzy warriors is Empathy, it just let's you kill yourself if you are not careful, and Pacifism, takes your warrior right out of the game for a bit until you can get rid of the effect. Ward against Melee is no fun either. Many good builds and many excellent counters in this game. Valarian.

I just switched from fire magic to earth and man-o-man I had no idea what I was missin! that in conjunction with my domination mesmer magic makes for a pretty well rounded build

i had a level 20 Warrior/Mesmer party with me yesterday for the "Althea's Ashes" quest. he was not killing stuff fast at all. it was slow as molasses. and he was only fighting level 6-8 Charr.

i was kind of shocked at just how long it took him to kill stuff. not at all like in Diablo 2, where high level characters kill low level monsters at lightning speed

My L 17 War / Mo was tearing through Charr on my way to get Hundred Blades. Using Balthazars (sp?) Spirit, they were just feeding my adrenaline and energy :P

In my experiance, my Necro/Mesmer (I like th Necro look better, never putting points in SR) has been every limited by the skills avalable. My endgame build and my current PvP build are totaly diffrent and i'm 18! I can't wait to test out my end game Warrior killer/anti-caster support (backfire/mana drains).
FYI, untill 15 when i left the shiver peaks arena I was able to kill any warrior one on one (loved killing cookie cutter W/Mo's), but if they had Mesmer (backfire on me) or Monk (healing them) support they'd win regularly. I could also quickly kill dumb casters (most of them) with backfire and mana burn, but If the enemy caster didn't cast I couldn't deal enough damage to kill them in a reasonable amount of time.

This is probably why a smart mesmer would mop the floor with you. The mesmer class is designed to totally pwninate a single opponent, and someone good at the class can usually keep several locked down at once. If all you're thinking about is straight damage output, you're almost guaranteed to lose.

Yeah you just wait till the right elementalist comes by and consistantly blinds you and makes it so you only hit 50% of the time, Theeen lets see how much you like warrior

Or throws so many quick casting AoE's at you while bashing away with a element sword with enchantments present and you watch your health go down like a rocket. Even a proper W/Mo build should think twice about taking on an E/W that uses close combat, regardless of armour class.
